- 4 cups almonds
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Add sugar, water, and cinnamon to a skillet. Combine and bring to a boil.
- Add almonds and reduce heat to medium. Continue to stir.
- Once sugar seems powdery on almonds, remove from heat and transfer to a lined baking pan.
- Let cool and enjoy!
