Cinnamon Roasted Almonds

Are you a planner?! Save this one for the holidays! Quick, easy and delicious. 


  • 4 cups almonds
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  1. Add sugar, water, and cinnamon to a skillet. Combine and bring to a boil.
  2. Add almonds and reduce heat to medium. Continue to stir. 
  3. Once sugar seems powdery on almonds, remove from heat and transfer to a lined baking pan. 
  4. Let cool and enjoy!
