- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Dip or rub asparagus spears in olive oil.
- Lightly salt and pepper each spear. Place spears in single layer in baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cook until tender-crisp then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
