Baja Grilled Corn on the Cob


  • 4 ears corn
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves


  1. Mix mayonaise, sour cream and cilantro in a bowl
  2. Remove the husks of the corn and grill on a hot grill until slightly charred on all sides.
  3. Hot off the grill, slather the corn with the mayonaise mix and serve.
  4. Optional: squeeze on lime juice and sprinkle with chili powder.
