Moon Balls

Moon Balls – (aka Energy Bites)

1 ¼  C Quick Oats

½ C Peanut Butter (or other nut butter of choice)

¼ to ½ C Honey

1/3 C Mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms (optional)

Mix all ingredients together until fully combined
Roll into approximately 1” balls between your palms
(you’ll get messy!)
Place on wax paper or parchment
Put in refrigerator until firm (1-2 hours)
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator

Great healthy snack for on the go, for after school, or after your workout!

Makes approximately 22 bites
